1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "3rrr" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the internationally operated online gaming platform accessible at https://3rrr.bio and all associated services, products, and features.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 3rrr platform or otherwise accesses or uses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 3rrr platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player that have been credited to their account and are available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to applicable verification requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms of the applicable promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 3rrr prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the 3rrr platform is restricted by law or by 3rrr's operational policy as updated from time to time.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which accounts are denominated on the 3rrr platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 3rrr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 3rrr platform and close your account if one has been created.

2.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 3rrr with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

2.4 3rrr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 15 for details of the amendment procedure.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Use of the 3rrr platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 3rrr enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players without exception. Evidence of age may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You are not located in, resident in, or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by 3rrr or by any other gaming operator or regulatory authority, that remains in effect at the time of registration or use.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

3.2 3rrr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by 3rrr will result in account suspension and may result in account termination.

3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 3rrr platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. 3rrr makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money features of the 3rrr platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as required by the registration form. You agree to maintain the accuracy of all account information and to update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 3rrr platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.
• Real money balances held in duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if fraud, abuse, or other prohibited conduct is identified.
• The primary account may also be suspended at 3rrr's discretion pending the outcome of any investigation.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access your account.

4.4 You agree to notify 3rrr immediately at [email protected] (plain text contact — not a clickable link) if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 3rrr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.5 3rrr reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time without prior notice, including where 3rrr has reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 3rrr account may be made via the payment methods currently supported by the platform, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, all denominated in PKR. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

3rrr does not accept third-party deposits. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable method's availability for withdrawals. Before any withdrawal request can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Full KYC identity verification must be completed, including submission and approval of valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified Real Money Balance in the account at the time of the request.
• Any wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• There must be no active investigation into the account relating to fraud, abuse, or suspected money laundering.

3rrr endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within two to four business hours. 3rrr does not impose platform-side fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. 3rrr does not charge currency conversion fees as all transactions are conducted natively in Pakistani Rupees.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 3rrr may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional benefits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 General bonus terms applicable to all 3rrr promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds are credited to a Bonus Balance that is separate from the Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds are transferred to the Real Money Balance and become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will expire and be forfeited if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the time period specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 3rrr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be subject to the terms as published at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures, including through arbitrage, abuse of multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account termination.

6.3 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. Circumventing this restriction through the creation of multiple accounts constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8.

7. Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Each game available on the 3rrr platform — including live dealer casino games, slots, cricket and sports betting markets, baccarat, and HRG Live racing — is governed by its own individual game rules or betting rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of game-specific matters.

7.2 All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the rules of the specific game or market (for example, cash-out features in sports betting where offered).

7.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by 3rrr at any time without prior notice.

7.4 In the event of a technical failure, software error, or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 3rrr reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to players. 3rrr will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.5 Odds and payout rates for sports betting markets, including PSL cricket markets, are set by 3rrr and may be adjusted without notice. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and are subject to suspension at any time.

7.6 3rrr reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where 3rrr has reason to suspect irregular betting patterns or the use of prohibited software or strategies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3rrr platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false information at registration or during KYC verification, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location.
• Multiple accounts — registering more than one account individually or in coordination with others for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Use of automated software — employing bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the platform or to gain an advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of errors — deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Money laundering — using the 3rrr platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or to layer or integrate such funds through gaming activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your 3rrr account.
• Circumventing self-exclusion — attempting to register a new account after a self-exclusion order has been placed on an existing account.
• Minors accessing the platform — allowing or facilitating access to the 3rrr platform by any person under the age of 21.

8.2 3rrr employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction at any time. Accounts under investigation may be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation, and 3rrr shall not be liable for any loss of access or inconvenience arising from such suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 3rrr platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of 3rrr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other rights are granted.

9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the 3rrr platform without the prior written consent of 3rrr.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 3rrr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and should be read alongside this document.

10.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

10.3 3rrr implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data and financial information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 3rrr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that enable players to manage their gambling activity effectively. All responsible gaming tools are available directly from the account settings dashboard without the need to contact customer support.

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits that cap the total amount you can deposit within the specified period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrr, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 3rrr platform.

12.2 3rrr makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 3rrr is not liable for any loss or damage caused by technical failures, service interruptions, or communication errors beyond its reasonable control.

12.3 The 3rrr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, all express and implied warranties are excluded.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.5 In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, the above limitations may not apply to you in full, but shall be applied to the maximum extent permissible.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 3rrr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Closure of services in a particular jurisdiction.

13.2 Upon termination of an account for any reason, all Bonus Balances and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method used, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any active investigation.

13.3 You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 3rrr support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to the conditions in clause 13.2.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 3rrr is incorporated and operated.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and 3rrr arising out of your use of the platform, you agree to first contact 3rrr's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 3rrr will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction as determined in clause 14.1.

14.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, 3rrr reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or to prevent prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 3rrr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3rrr will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and/or by sending a notification to the email address registered to the account. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

15.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 3rrr platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
